Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order-specific terms must be agreed before payment. A standard refund window, automatic refund guarantee, or fixed cancellation fee has not been published. Do not assume that a campaign is refundable or non-refundable without a written agreement.
Before starting work
Ask for written confirmation of the scope, price, expected timeline, content responsibilities, revision allowance, cancellation arrangements, and refund terms. Any different terms for a particular publisher or service should be explained before you authorize that work.
Requesting cancellation
Use the verified correspondence channel through which the project was agreed. Include your order or invoice reference, the service involved, and the reason for your request. The stage of work, publisher commitments, and the terms agreed for that order will need to be reviewed.
Delivery concerns
If work appears incomplete or inconsistent with the agreed scope, provide the relevant URLs, screenshots, and written requirements. Ask for clarification of the issue and the available resolution, which may involve correcting the work, discussing an alternative, or considering a refund under the agreed terms and applicable law.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, the amount, payment route, and expected processing period should be confirmed in writing. Processing can depend on the original payment provider. This page does not set an automatic deduction or handling charge.
Search performance
Search rankings, indexing, traffic, and sales cannot be guaranteed. A change in those results is not itself proof that an agreed placement was not delivered. Any express performance commitments must be reviewed against the actual written agreement.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where a written order term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that legal right takes precedence.
